Götterdämmerung in Leipzig

On March 6, Lise Lindstrom joins Oper Leipzig as Brünnhilde in the final opera of Richard Wagner’s Ring Cycle, Götterdämmerung.

This summer, she will return for the company’s Wagner 22 Festival where she will perform the role in this same stunning production by Rosamund Gilmore.

The incredible cast of this performance also includes Stefan Vinke as Siegfried, Marina Prudenskaya as Waltraute, Magdalena Hinterdobler as Gutrune, Christiane Döcker as 1^st Norn, Sandra Janke as 2^nd Norn/ Floßhilde, Christiane Kohl as 3^rd Norn, Olga Jelínková as Woglinde, Sandra Maxheimer as Wellgunde, Tuomas Pursio as Gunther, Kay Stiefermann as Alberich and Taras Shtonda as Hagen. Christoph Gedschold conducts.
