Lise begins 2020 in the US, singing Barber’s Andromache’s Farewell with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Fabio Luisi conducts the four performances, opening January 9 at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. The rarely performed work often reminds the listener of the great operatic scenes of Wagner and Strauss that Lise regularly performs.
