As announced by the company earlier this week, Lise Lindstrom will make her debut with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in the 2015-16 season. The American soprano will join the Orchestra and Music Director Leonard Slatkin on June 3 and 5, 2016 for a concert performance of Strauss’s Salome that closes the DSO’s classical season. Hailed as “a Salome to be reckoned with” (The Opera Critic), Lise joins tenors Scott Ramsay and Chris Merritt, mezzo-soprano Jane Henschel, and baritone Daniel Sutin. Click here for more information.
