At Opera Australia, Lise Lindstrom sings final Turandot in house debut

On July 31, Lise Lindstrom sings her final performance of Puccini’s Turandot at Opera Australia. In her debut run at Opera Australia, Lise brought “a powerful and sensitive reading of the role” to the Sydney stage (Daily Review). “The young American displayed a sharp and powerful voice, restrained when it needed to be and with a rare fluidity,” raved the Daily Telegraph. Lise’s summer engagements continue with concert performances of Strauss’s Salome with the Bournemouth Symphony and baritone James Rutherford led by Kirill Karabitis. The performances take place on September 30 and October 2.
